¡Hola! It is with great pleasure and excitement that we invite you to participate in ENCALS 2026, which will be held in Madrid from 23 to 26 June 2026 at the Palacio Municipal de Congresos.

Madrid is ready to welcome you with open arms, endless sunshine and that unique blend of science, energy and good vibes that makes every encounter here truly special. We want these days to be much more than just a conference: a celebration of knowledge, collaboration and shared passion that drives us to improve the lives of people living with ALS.

We warmly encourage you to bring to Madrid your latest research in genetics and genomics, epidemiology, biomarkers, disease models, and pathogenic mechanisms, your preclinical and clinical trials, phenotyping and stratification studies, cognition and presymptomatic research, as well as your technological innovations, novel drug developments, and translational research networks. Every contribution, large or small, will help us build a richer and more connected scientific community.

ENCALS 2026 will be a space to share your latest discoveries, exchange ideas and build new bridges between laboratories, hospitals and borders. Every talk, every debate and every coffee will remind us why we do what we do: because together we are getting closer to understanding, treating and, ultimately, defeating ALS.
