Companies Registrations


New Company Registration

To access the company registrations platform, you must first create your company account:

  • Step 1: User Details In section 1. Login Data, fill in the user data that you will use to manage the company account.
  • Step 2: Company Verification In section 2. Enterprise data, enter your company's CIF/VAT ID and click on VALIDATE CIF.

    If the CIF is recognized: The data will load automatically. Click Register to complete.
CIF not recognized?
If the system does not find your company, click the Create company profile button manually. Fill in the information and click Sign Up in the bottom right corner.

Registration Fees include for All Participants (EXCEPT INARC pre-congress day):
  • Participation al all ENCALS lectures and poster sessions.
  • Lunches and Coffee breaks.
  • ENCALS Gala dinner on Thursday 25/06/2026 - sponsored by ENCALS.
Complimentary PhD Registration:
  • Each ENCALS centre is entitled to one complimentary PhD registration. To make use of this entitlement, please contact info@encals.eu via email.
CANCELLATION & CHANGE POLICY
  • Written cancellation received within the 28th of February 2026. 50% reimbursement will be granted.
  • No refund will be made under any circumstances for cancellations received after 28th February.
  • Cancellations requested due to visa refusal will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Participants are therefore advised to start the visa application process well in advance.
  • Name changes will incur a charge of EUR 50 + VAT per replacement. Name changes are not allowed after the regular registration deadline.
  • A fee of EUR 50 + VAT will be charged for lost badges during the Congress.
  • All refunds will be processed after the Congress. Refunds can only be made via the original payment method. Refunds by bank transfers may incur processing fees from your bank over which we have no control.
  • Bank Transfer payments are accepted until 17th of June 2026.
